Glasgow High School FP Golf Club

For some years now the main activity of the Club has been the Club Championship & Annual Outing which has been held at the magnificent Prestwick Golf Club during May each year. This is played for the Stormont Cup. Please indicate your intention to attend by emailing the Secretary Lindsay Kerr at secretary@ghsfpgc.co.uk or entering from within the Members’ Area.

As it is always well supported please ensure your place by early completion of the entry form. Depending on numbers there may require to be a ballot for places.

Over the course of the Spring and Summer members can take part in the Knock-out Singles Competition for The Douglas Cup. For inclusion please contact the secretary or enter from within the Members’ area. All those playing last year will automatically be added to the draw. This is an opportunity for new members to meet other Club members & become involved in the activities of the Club.

As usual the Club will be entering a team in the Queen Elizabeth Schools Coronation Cup at Royal Burgess Golf Club, Barnton in Edinburgh in late September. This highly successful event has been running since 1953. As winners on 10 occasions, we are extremely keen to have as strong a team as possible representing the Club
